PC asks for confirm sync after each reboot

Good day.
I have a Palm TX and whenever I boot my pc, then try to HS, the pc will
ask me to confirm allowing the device to have access.
Only when I confirm it, then click OK on the dialog box (and I *do* check
the box that says always allow the device to connect), will the hotsync
proceed.

Is there some setting or registry entry that will keep this from happening ?
