I have windows xp heres whats going on... If i try to open my search or run in the start menu all it tells me "Windows cannot create a shortcut here Do you want to create a shortcut on the desktop", and when i do then click open the shortcut nothing happends. Second thing is when i go into my control panel there are some folders i cant open such as admin tools, network connections, fonts, ect... and the last thing is all of my music, videos, and picture just up and dissapeared the last time i restarted my PC. I cant find them anywhere. Please help
