Paypal dispute issues?

So I purchased an item from a website, and used PayPal to pay for it. I received it, contacted the seller about returning it, and shipped it back. I know they received it, because I had a tracking number put on it. It's been over a month, and I haven't received my refund. I tried contacting them countless times, yet they never responded. I then decided to file a dispute on PayPal (two weeks ago).

Fast forward to today. The seller never responded, not even to the dispute on PayPal. So I escalated it to a claim. I typed up the whole story, submitted it, and then PayPal said they would review the claim. MY...BUTT. Not even ONE MINUTE passed and the Resolution Center said I had no open claims. It takes more than a minute to read my description of the transaction.

ANYWAYS. I changed it to show all claims and it showed the one I just filed. It was closed. Why? BECAUSE THEY ENDED IT IN FAVOR OF THE SELLER. Why? Because they had proof of shipping it to me. Well I have proof of shipping it back. Do they care? No. Because they resolved it in less than a minute.

I apologize for the capitalizations. I hate that myself; I read it like someone's yelling at me. I'm just very angry, because I lost money. And I hate losing money.

Oh, by the way. The question is, what should I do now? What could I do to get my refund?
