I am the seller of a Motorola Android phone and I live in Oregon. The guy who won my Ebay auction lives in New York. He opened a case saying it wasnt As Described (even though it was). So Paypal refunded all his money, as long as he returned the phone back to me.
He was refunded after he provided a tracking number. However all he sent me was an empty box full of styrofoam with no phone in it. Paypal isnt helping me at all. I filed a police report but they cant do anything since this guy lives in New York.
Legally, what can i do? The guy has his refund, but he also sent me an fraudulent empty box instead of the $400 phone.
