Payless Cellular Fraud

I have Verizon service, but have been paying my bill through Payless Cellular in Los Angeles. I received a bill for over $500, and just found out the reason why. My plan includes Verizon mobile to mobile, unlimited. However, Payless claims that they recently included an announcement in a recent invoice, stating that they would no longer be supporting Verizon to Verizon, for Payless customers. Of course, I had no idea. Who reads to announcement section of their bill, because I certainly do not. Is anyone familiar with this type of issue? How to fight it? Initiate a class action suit?

Unless you can prove they put it in a spot that was impossible to find wich I highly doubt that is ture. I agree that it is not good what happened.

I take it Payless is an MVNO?
MVNO is a company that uses another companies network as if it were their own.
I highly doubt you can lower the price since they did inform you. I do think if someone uses alot of minutes they should have sent you a piece of paper in a bold statement that Mobile to Mobile is gone.

Payless has initially agreed to refund me the charges for my outgoing calls (Verizon to Verizon), and now I'm working with them to refund my incoming calls as well (Verizon to Verizon).
