Paying for Solo Mobile cancellation fee?

Hey! So in September I lost my Solo Mobile phone, which was lucky because I wanted to switch to Mobilicity anyway (which I have and love my new BB Bold). I first disabled my account and then I canceled it last month. Now the thing is that I had an online solo self serve account which I thought was what I would pay my bill on. Now that its cancelled and the time has come for me to pay, I went to my solo self serve and found out that after you cancel an account you can't log in. So I'm now confused on how in the world I'm supposed to pay the fee.

I have Solo Mobile in my debit cards billing, but it doesn't show the money I owe. And I have no idea how much I owe. I don't have a credit card, as the plan was bought on my dads a year ago, and now I pay my own stuff, and I'm a few years to young to have one. I just don't want the fee to build up.
