Paying for out of state tuition $25,000 P/year?

I am a Texas resident hoping to transfer to kean university in Union, New Jersey and it will cost 25,000 per year to attend school there. My EFC is 0 and I am majoring in education/biology, I need to find ways to cover for my full tuition since my single mother only makes 17,000 p/year and we receive no other type of aid.

Thank you and please don't give me the school's website, I know everything that's on it.
