Here's the deal. I currently have (just under) 100K is Education Debt from my Undergraduate education. I will be attending law school next year in the fall and understand that the next 3 years will cost me roughly 200K. I also want to buy a house because if I am paying rent I may as well pay a mortgage, and will have roommates who help pay it as well. So, is there a bank that will do all of this for me? Consolidate my undergrad, give me a mortgage, and help me finance my law school. Also, I have a credit score of 518 (WOW!, I know) but my grandparents are willing to co-sign for AT least the education stuff, and probably the house if I can find a good deal. Thanks.
