I was wondering where I can order "pay as you go" cell phones in Canada.
I am buying 2 of them for my little sisters for grading day and they don't have a job so they need to be pay as you go, no plans, no bills just buy the phone and the card with the minutes.
I went to the virgin mobile us site and they had some but I can't order because Canada.
So what website can I order a simple cell phone off of in Canada?
