hi for over 1 year now i've had anxiety and for the majority of days the pattern is the same i wake-up feel ok but about 1 later i have a definate rise in my anxiety level,and during the day from around 11am to 7pm my mind is anxious,i get a moments of extreme wierdness and i will have strange unwanted toughts especially after eating and when its getting dark,then around 6 or 7 i will feel fine again for the rest of the night and it will feel like it never happend. i don't take any med's i eat pretty health and my job isin't that stressful, i work for myself as a lanRABcaper. anyone any advice as how to feel anxiety free during that 6/7 hour period.
also at night i get hard to describe pains at the joints in my legs is this connected
 
I remeraber looking for all sorts of patterns and then you start to avoid things that you think might start the anxiety and then you get caught in a loop and end up either a) anxious constantly, or b) avoiding everything.

Talk with your doctor and have him/her give you a referral for a therapist. Both my doctor and therapist were fantastic and gave me my life back.

Do I still have anxiety? Yes. Nothing that I can't work through with all the tools my therapist gave me.
