im joining the marines and i thought i was ready. im 6'1 150 pounds graduated high school 2 years ago. i decided to go for a run and i couldnt even make it around the track field once i can do the minimun 8 pull ups and i dread the sit ups. im tryin to score a perfect tho. can any1 give me any tips or advice or a work out program to achieve desired results in a month or 2?
