Passing out

Hi, I just wanted to see if anyone had had a simular experience to me me or if someone might know what this was.

I was just stood talking to someone when I felt like I had stepped backwards, I started to ask my for help but before I finished it was lights out and I was down, when I came around (sort of) I was staring at the wall and able to listen, I was in no pain but whilst trying to work out what happened I was aware that I could hear the conversation between my friend and the 999 services, I tried to explain I was ok but I was unable to speak, I was aware my other friend was holding me and wanted to say to let me go but I was unable to move and again I could not speak, there was much panic in the room because I was being described as unresponsive, I was trying to blink and move eyes but again nothing worked, I could just see straight ahead/hear and think, I ruled out heart attack as I had no pain etc, then I wondered if I was dead because I could feel nothing, then I heard I was breathing in the conversation so I ruled out dead, my friend was asked to put his fingers in my mouth to check it was clear, again I wanted to say I was ok and he could keep his hands out my mouth but I could not show this.
After a 5 or 6 minutes all had been described and we were awaiting ambulance I started to be able to blink and then slowly became able to speak and move, when ambulance arrived 20 minutes later I was sat upright and feeling ok except feeling weak, they test me and found one eye was rated a 5 and one eye was rated a 3 for dialation, also the ambulanc e commented on I appeared blue on one side, so she tested blood pressure on both side, they tested my blood and then wired me up to monitor my heart, then into ambulance and off to hospital.
Once here they tested more blood and discover apart from a white blood cell count of 12500 which is apparanly high and after x-rays they found I have a larger heart than normal all seemed ok, the ecg was excellent, bloods seemed good apart from this high level and BP was great, my eyes had balance out and the blueing had gone.
Result was being turned out with referal to a cardiologist and also a neurologist which will take a while to get appointments to see.

other facts are it was nice and cool in the room we were in, I have been drinking and eating ok, I had felt off the day before and had head ache but that had gone yesterday and I was fine. I am taking no medication, I do not smoke drink or do any drugs.

Anyone have any clue as to what might of been going on here?

Cheers.

will500: I would see these doctors they recommend. The neurologist will do an MRI and EEG to see if there's anything on your brain. You could have had a TIA or a seizure or even a mild stroke. The heart doctor will look at all your valves, etc. and make sure you don't have any blockages anywhere. Be careful if you're driving because you don't want to have a seizure and black out and do what I did and crash your car. Good luck.

Hi, I am seeing consultants next weeks.

I had another episode and got rushed into another hospital, same tests but not so well cared for though.

On the upside I have been to see my doctor about things and she is a doctor who specialises in head aches on the side, she has pulled all information together from both hospitals and she thinks I have hemiplegic migraines, she is pushing more on the neorologist side now.

Fingers crossed that all pans out.

She has signed me off now for 4 weeks from work, this is a pain as I cannot really afford the time, but as she rightfully pointed out, could I afford to be dead?

Anyway thanks for reading and I shall keep this informed incase anyone has simular.
