Need an answer

I have to go to the probation office tomorrow and may have to take a urine test. I did heroin on Saturday night/Sunday morning, I have been drinking lots of water and lots of cranberry juice(the ones you mix in bottled water) and have taken some vitamin B to color my pee also drank a little bit of vinegar...any suggestions on what else to do to make sure I pass...don't need preached to just need answers been clean for some and slipped up....thanks for taking the time to read and answer!
