Passed My Drivers Lisence test but...?

I lied!

My Instructor or who ever she was had a very nasty attitude and kept telling me I wasnt listening and to calm down cause I was nervous. I was NOT nervous,maybe she was because she was in the car with a black woman.from the very 1st day I came to that DPS office she has been very nasty with me.Who knows...Maybe she has a problem with African American people.Shes mexican and she probley in her late 50's.So Im driving and she tells me the speed limit is 35 so I was going 40 and didnt realize it so she asked me the speed I was going and I said 35,she said I was lieing I knew it BUT I only lied because I thought she would fuss like she had been ever since I lefted the parking lot.As soon as I pulled off she started raising her voice telling me that I wasnt listening.I think its wrong,I know it is and I should have been given my damn lisence.Now I have to do it all over again.

Was she wrong or was I?

She told me I passed but since I lied I wasnt getting my Lisence!
FYI: Ive been driving 3 yrs without a Lisence,That doesnt mean Im right but It means that I have some clue to what I am doing on the road.I mean,she was talking to me like I was stupid

I would say she is wrong, although you probably shouldn't have lied. Driving instructors can be bastards... when I went for my license I had an x copper about 50 years old and I was driving down a narrow side street with cars parked on one side so there was only enough room to fit one car through... there was already a car going the opposite way through as I was approaching and there was an arse hole speeding my way coming fast, so I pulled my car to the left to avoid any accident and my instructor yelled at me and grabbed my wheel and tried forcing me into the pathway of both cars, so I stopped the vehicle cus I didn't have control of the car and witnessed an accident as the other 2 cars tried avoiding each other, then got drilled by my instructor... So driving instructors can be real arse holes...
