Pass key III in a 2001 chevy venture?

I am having issues with a steering wheel column that I am trying to replace on a 2001 chevy venture. I have no money left, and I replaced the column but I cannot start the car because of the passkey III system. I am unable to afford to take it to the dealer to program it, what else can I do to start the car? any help would be greatly appreciated!
I can't get to that link that you posted...
