Im 13 year old turning 14 in a week. I want to throw a birthday party, but I want it to be like an adult club, just without the alcohol. I live in Las Vegas, Nevada. I've been searching for a place like that everywhere but nothing fits what Im looking for. I want the place to be rented out for a night.
