Paris Trip. Time allowance & Photos? HELP?!?

Im travelling to Paris for im hoping 2 max 3 days in September. How long should i allow to visit each of the following attractions? How many days do you think it will take to see them all? Which are you allowed to take photos in/at?

Catacombs
Eiffel Tower
Notre Dame
Arc de Triomphe & Champs-Elysées
Louvre
Moulin Rouge
Père Lachaise Cemetery
