Parents, how do you feel about your children having sex that are.....?

a) in high school
b) in college (but you are paying the bills)?
Does anyone have any experience with this from either side? It seems like some parents will have a heart attack, while, others almost encourage sexual activity. Thanks for your input!
Also, for those that don't mind or don't go out of your way to prevent it (esp. with high school kids), what is your reasoning? And what do you think of them after you found out (esp. for college students)? Do some of you know even thought your kids haven't told you. Thanks!
 
I think kids in high school should hold off on the whole sex thing thye have enough responsibility without having to deal with sex and im not talking about getting pregnant or stds im talking about sex whoever has ever had sex before you know the emotional responsibility that comes with it

In college i think that seeing as their not living under your roof you shouldnt have any say so no matter if your paying the bills or not
