parenting my teen kids are wild?

i am a working mom i have a total of 8 kids from ages 26 to 16 i have a 16 year old daughter and a 17 year old son and a 19 year old son living at home with me...i dont have any trouble out of my 16 year old but i have tons of trouble with the 17 year old...i have gotten in to trouble with the Nuisance police in my neigborhood over noise and fights while im away at work im at risk of losing my home..what can i do to have structure in my home before its too late ??? need help and adive thank u
