In spite of the new law changes that took effect September 2009 I need to know if form DL-90B is still effective (the one to waive the skills test) Because I have already started DPS Course 101 in June 2009 before the law came in to effect. Should I be grandfathered over? And would I have to switch what course i'm doing even though i'm finished with phase one? Texas and their damn laws.I need my license and don't feel like calling DPS.
