paranormal is my house haunted?

Please do not laugh as I know alot of people do not believe in ghost, BUT I DO..

My niece ran into her moms room screaming crying, She said she felt someone sitting on her bed when she sat up it was her mom with her head down like chin to chest, She slowly raised her head and had orange eyes, Then her nose started pouring blood. At first we thought maybe she was dreaming and the nose bleed is what woke her up. But there was no blood on her pillows. The house we live in now we just moved in a few months ago. This is not the first time we have had weird things happen. A friend of mine was spending the night an was in laundry room she came running upstairs crying saying someone started talking right behind her, She refuses to come back to my house, But I did some research on the house and found nothing out of the norm, Would'nt something bad had to have happened here for it to be haunted?
 
Why couldn't she have been dreaming that without actual blood? It certainly sounds like a dream. Dreams do exist, but ghosts have never been shown to. Sounds like your family and friends are very superstitious; that's certainly not helping your niece. The more you talk about ghosts, the more she'll be telling you she saw them.

See.. DO NOT fear to ghosts.

As we can see good and bad humans.. Ghosts are just much of higher interpretation, meaning there are good as well as bad Ghosts too.

Ghosts can be directly contacted, if they want any work to be done for them.. then you can do it for them with a deal that they will help you in some way and do not come back again.

This is like a fascinating idea to help each other a very high level of being concerned with each other based upon some deal.

As we know with humans we are just having a lot of relationships like parents, friends, love, so on.. this could be a good way of approach to have a nice relationship with Ghosts to help each other.

Only one piece of advice: BE VERY SPECIFIC IN YOUR WORDS WITH GHOSTS WHILE EXPRESSING WHAT DO YOU EXACTLY WANT to avoid misinterpretation and wrong happenings.
