Paranormal happenings in my house?

I am a 13 year old from India. We are Hindus, though I personally don't believe in god. So doesn't my dad. It is my mom who does and she doesn't believe in ghosts. I do but my dad doesn't. My elder sister lives in south India, away studiying (We are natively south India but we recently got transferred to north eastern India.) But anyway, We live in a colony with Flats and many people living around us. Now, not many things like this happen in Hindu religion stuff but I always find doors closing AND opening automatically, even when there is no wind. It is not like a normal 'swinging' motion. It is like someone opens door, pauses to see what's inside and closes the door. I have been observing this ever since I came into this house which is 2 months ago. My mom keeps joking about the doors. Once I also heard something like a child's scream when I was coming back home late from my Guitar classes it was around 7:45 in the evening. Very early. I also heard many stray dogs from our colony barking at nothing, all looking at the same direction and barking at the same 'nothing' when I heard the scream. I was really scared because not many people come out of their houses after 6 pm in our colony. I heard that 3 suicides took place near the abandoned apartments in our colony. One of a man. He died when he was like 30. He lost his job. I HEARD that he hanged himself, I'm not sure. The second one is not actually a suicide. A child fell off from one of the buildings when he was playing with his friends on the terrace. He was like 6 or 7 when he died. The third one is also a boy, who was like 15 and killed himself 'cuz he failed in his final exams. I think it was the little boy's scream that I heard. I was once home alone, and I thought someone knocked the door. In fact I was sure that someone did. But when I opened the door nobody was there. Since I didn't believe in ghosts back then, I didn't care. But ever since I heard that scream and saw the dogs barking, I had a strong belief that something is following me. Also, I always feel that someone keeps watching me. Like wherever I go and whatever I do. I also heard that Dogs protect us and oppose ghosts and demons. Please share anything you know about what you and I think is going on in my house. Thanks
