Was just wondering if anyone has ever tried this.
I suffer hypoglycemia and am lately discovering this may be the cause of my bad skin so have lately decided to try and change my diet to eat low gi fooRAB, but Ive also sturabled across vitamin B5. Ive come across it before as a cure for acne but didnt really consider it as I thought its just another pill that wont work. However I have read it is linked to the blood sugar levels and hormones, so might help me. Im not doing to great with the gi diet thing so was thinking this might help me along..
Has anybody come across it?

I read so many studies on it that showed that it would work wonders. I was thrilled to give it a go, but it was impossible to find even in speciality stores. So, i ended up not trying it. (But i've read that it's like accutane without the bad side effects)

Its overrated in my view - you have to take a very large quantity of B5 to have any effect and long term it just is not sustainable - taking a large amount of one vitamin unbalances others. B5 supplements can be purchased on line but as I say I dont think its really a solution. Initially it may also make your skin far worse and some claim it cause brittle hair

Thanks for your replies.
I can get it quite easily in this country most health food stores do it. I haven't yet purchased any though.
I am worried about it making it worse. I tried taking omega fish oil vitamins before cos everyone raved about them but it made my skin worse.
I think I will try and do some more research on it.
