pantech jest wont turn on why?

I do not have backup assistant on my phone but it will not turn on when I unplug it from my charger. It just shows the verizon logo and goes to black. I have nothing added on my phone. Yesterday I was at work and my phone died..very quickly I might add. I worked for 2 hours and the phone was dead when I went into the breakroom. I charged it over night last night and now i can't unplug the thing or it won't work. I have read a lot about this issue but other peoples issue has to due with backup assistant..any ideas to fix would greatly help! Thanks..

dude i hate to break it to you but it looks like the battery's shot. I had a problem with my pantech phone, (in At&t) and it wouldn't turn on until i took it to the store, had them check it out, and they gave me a new battery. If i were you i would quickly go to Verizon and get a new battery, If you don't want to, try to let your phone rest. charge it for a while and then try again. Good lcuk
