Pantech burst ICS wont load at att screen?

My pantech burst is at ICS update and i just updated it and like the fourth time i restarted it it just froze on the att screen and wouldnt go to the home screen and finish rebooting. Keeps doing it it neer finishes loading. Never. Is their anyone that knows what to do please need answers ASAP. Thanks.
