Pandora thru car stereo usb?

I have a usb hookup thru my radio and I have an ascend phone... I have the usb hooked up from rthe phone to the radio and I cannot figure out how to play pandora thru the radio it just starts playing music thru my sd card... Anyone know how to do this would be awesome!! Thanks
