Pancreatist

I've had pain in my left side going around to my lower back for five days, two of those days I had large bowel movements with the last movement being water. I also sat up 3 days because it was painful to turn over on my left side. I sleep in the bed now and my bowel movements seem to be returning to normal, but my back still hurts, side is tender, and I'm gassy. Could I have pancreatists?

I'm no expert, but I don't think so. Pancreatitist is characterized by pain in the upper belly. The other symptoms that occur are fever, nausea, sweating, vomiting.

were you severly constipated? That could cause some of the pain..the bowels also ache as they shrink back to their normal size. Have you been checked for diverticulosis or IBS? If you don't heal up within a few days, I would head to your local gp and see what he/she has to say.
