Panasonic Video Camera Help?

I borrowed a camera from a friend for a project, I cannot figure out how to get the video off of the camera onto my computer. It has these little VHS tapes to it and I don't have any clue how to either put it on my SD card or onto my computer. :/ I need to know by today! The model number is PV-GS59
