I currently went on a holiday a took a few videos on my new Panasonic TZ7, and was amazed by the quality of the videos. But I knew it was too good to be true.
I got home and tried to transfer the videos to my computer (with the software that came with the camera) and it only transferred the photos. I was able to copy the files from the camera by going through 'My Computer', but I'm sure that has to be a better way.
Then I tried to open the copied videos (from 'My Computer' and they can't be played through any program on my laptop)
These are very important videos and need to be transferred as soon as possible.
Any contribution would be greatly appreciated!
