I have a Panasonic Projection TV (PT-53twd63) that has the red light on the front. When i turn it on it blinks three times but the tv itself never turns on. What does this mean and what can i do to fix it? BTW i am pretty good with repairing consumer electronics so i could most likely repair it myself, i just dont know what this error is.
