...and still hear high pitch sound? plus the picture fades in and out when turning the power on and off. Eventually after turning it on and off several times it will turn all the way off. My biggest concern is, is this thing safe to leave plugged in. Second, is it cheap easy to fix, I only paid $100 for it.
