Panasonic Plasma 42" S2 Series?

I am thinking about getting this TV Panasonic VIERA® TC-P42S2.

What are your thoughts about brand, price, features etc?

I think this is a great TV from a great manufacturer. I also have heard that this series offers an anti-glare coating and a pixel orbitor which helps reduce any possible burn in.
