i have just bought this product.( I have the old dimension 4 microwave but the microwave broke down ).I cannot get my new microwave to work when i put anything on microwave, it only works for 2 seconds then goes back on to clock.Sometimes the fan comes on after the 2 seconds until the minute is up.I have noticed that the turntable is not rotating when it is on microwave, this model has a child lock but i have checked that it is not on.( i keep on locking and unlocking the child lock just to check).Has anyone out there any ideas i can try before i send microwave back to the shop ?. I should have added this in my question about my microwave.i do have the instructions but it does not tell you about what to do if the microwave does not work.I can get the grill and oven to work but not the microwave .
