Panasonic Lumix ZS3 or ZS7?

After tons of hours, I've narrowed my search for a new compact point and shoot to these two.
Currently the ZS7 is about $35 more expensive than the ZS3, but the reviews don't seem as good as they were for the ZS3.

The only thing I would really care about is AUTO IMAGE QUALITY. Is the ZS7 worth the extra cash?

I don't care about the difference in video or the GPS.
