Hi, I have a Panasonic Lumix dmc-tz4.
Last night, after using it, I tried to shut it off, but the objective would not retract. I turn it back on and it tries to focus without success. I then get an error message "Please turn camera off and then on again." I do that. I hear the little engine buzzing, apparently, trying to retreat the objective, but then it just shuts off with the objective out again. If i turn it on, on playback mode, however, it does allow me to look through the pictures for about 40 secs. Then it gives me the same error message.
