hi! i am a white goods engineer, sturggling a bit with a panasonic inverter microwave (NN-A554WBBTQ), it is stuck in demo mode, normally would set the time on power up and set machine onto test but when setting the time it automatically reverts back to demo mode and wont let me do anything else. i am thinking all that it can be is the display/control pcb at fault but am unsure so wondered if any of you had seen a similar problem? there are no earth faults on it and none of the low or high voltage fuses have gone and the inverter pcb seems in good order.
an y help would be hugely appreciated with this as id rather not fit an expensive pcb to it if it can be helped
