I have a DMC-FZ28 that I purchased in 2008. Recently, when I go to zoom in and out in a picture nothing happens. This is very frustrating seeing as I paid a lot of money for the camera and have not had trouble with it before. When I turn the camera off and on the zoom lens has no problem going into its proper location. I have used the troubleshoot guide that Panasonic has provided and my camera is on the correct settings. Any other suggestions or answers?
