Panasonic blu ray player no playing disk?

The model is sc-bt203. It plays other blu ray disks but when I put in Inglourious Basterds it says that it needs to be updated. So I went on the panasonic website to look for drivers and found it but the file is a .frm which I do not know how to open let alone put on a disk. Any help? Will award best answer, Thank you.
