Palm won't turn off when in cradle

Any advice on things to check when your Palm won't turn off / power off when in the cradle? I checked the obvious settings within the Palm pref's (to stay on when in the cradle, etc..).

Any other idea's?

Only NEW thing I have installed is Agendus and that certainly can't be the issue (others would have balked by now).

Any ideas?
