Palm TX won't turn off!

Hi all!

Long time no talk! It's been a while since I've been on here and now I finally have a TX. But now the problems start! The only way I can get my TX to stay turned off is to keylock it. Otherwise it keeps turning on? Any solutions?

Soft reset maybe?

Or maybe check the exclamation mark icon next to the time down on the bottom bar (that's some sort of a thing to get your attention about a reminder you put in, although i have never used that icon on my Palm).

So what happens? you turn it off then i just turns on? doesn't go into any menus?
