Palm TX problem with Outlook Calendar sync

I have a Palm TX and recently i'm having problems to sync with Outlook 2003 Calendar (my PC is on Win XP SP2). I've checked the log file and this is what i found ?any suggestions?

Install error: There is no card present in the SecureDigital (SD) Card-slot.
