I currently have the Messaging Family Plan and the $10 data add-on pack (proll using old 1xRTT internet, which I'm fine with). I've been using a Palm Centro but recently won an eBay auction for a Palm Treo Pro. Someone suggested I get one because it has a few more features and could still use the old data.
I don't want to have to get the Everything Data plan nor a GPS plan. I'd be fine using 1xRTT (old data) and using another GPS program on the phone. So tell me, do I NEED a 3G plan and GPS, or can I get away with my current slow 1xRTT data for $10?
