Palm Treo Help! It's not calling!?

Hi everybody, I recently found out that my Palm Treo does not work when calling anymore. Does anybody know why?

Ive had this phone for quite a while. But I recently tried calling my friend, and it didn't work. Does anybody know a possible reason why? Is it th age of the phone? Can a phone specialist or like a radioshack guy fix it?
