Does anyone know or have experience with this error related to synching Calendar. Thanks.

An unrecoverable error occured whilst retrieving modified and deleted records.
Plam record has excess data
 
Notes attached to appointments, todo's or contacts do have a 2K limit. That might be the cause of the problem. You'd have to look for a large note attached to one of these......
