Palm readers what does my heart line indicate?

I looked at guilds to palm reading and there are many variations On my left hand I notice a big x mark above my heart line right below my middle finger and on my right hand I notice a curvy hook from my heart line pointing to my middle finger. Pictures below will show how it looks like.
