ok guys i realy need some help i just got a palm pre and i want to download some homebrew apps for it. except it never realizes my pre is connected. this version of quick install is v3.11 and i know that the reasom why it wont recognize it is because of novacom file thing i have tried the "orca" file program to delete this file "installumdf.08B8BE2B_9174_49D1_84B0_40324FD7DE34". well thats all fine and dandy but it does not have a delete option.

this is where i got my instructions from and yes i do have an account with precentral and my phone is in dev mode and "just charge" mode. i have also tried to reinstall novacom and the green bar would only go across part way and stop. i followed the directions only about a 100 million times before i wanted to start throwing stuff! so if anyone has any idea on how to make this stupid thing recognize my pre i would love to no!
p.s. i am running windows 7.....and have installed all new java updates to my computer....
