ok, i don't know very much about phones and computers and stuff, so i'm not sure whats going on..lol
i bought my new palm pre 2 days ago and i have taken pictures and stuff already, and was able to view them then. but then i connected it to my computer with the usb cable and i was able to view my pictures on the computer. i didn't move them anywhere or do anything with them, or add any pictures to the phone, i just looked at them. when i was disconnecting the device, i safely removed the hardware and it said it was safe to eject the palm pre, but now whenever i try to view my photos on my phone now, it doesn't let me see them and i get this message : "Please eject the device before using Photos." i tried reconnecting it and safely removing the hardware in a different way, (my computer/devices), but it still tells me my phone is still connected to the computer when it's not.
i'm really confused and i wanted to know if this problem happened to anyone else or if its just me, and if you know what to do?
