Palm Pre Phone Problem?

i have a sprint palm pre and it all of a sudden my service connection wont work when i try going on facebook when trying to connect with power vision. It's never not connected untill a few days ago, it will sit there and freeze at "connecting to Power Vision" then a minute later it will say it has no connection. Can i get some answers thanks ,...
 
Sounds like it is not logging onto Sprint's power vision network correctly. I would call sprint. It sounds like its something they should fix or change a setting on your phone.
