i've had the palm pre for about 3 days now and i got it off ebay brand new. after about the 2nd day it started acting weird. meaning as in the keyboard wont work. i'll try typing but it doesn't recognize it or something. i was going to try to reboot it, but then i realized i cant because the keys wont work! can someone please tell me how to fix this
