So I successfully paired my phone with my computer but when I try to transer songs/ring tones or pictures I get this message:
"The file was not successful.
The file transfer failed because the receiving bluetooth computer or device did not respond.
If you sent the file to another computer, that computer must be running the bluetooth file wizard. If you sent the file to a bluetooth device, make sure the OBEX file push profile is installed."
Thats the message I get. I tried restarting both my computer and phone and still does this. How can I make them work? Its' been doing this since I got it.
Step by step instructions would be gratefully appreciated!!!
